Seems like you described having to deal with 4+ issues. Doesn't wellbutrin lose it's effect after a while? You may want to discuss with your health care provider the changes your feeling and thoughts your dealing with.
I do have to admit to being a bit confused and I would rather not misinterpret the context of your statement.... What do you mean by "meat markets"?
Did you know that there are other music venues that offer music with people who do not get drunk? Gathering in a place, hearing live music and being around others who enjoy music doesn't mean it's always bar scene drunkenness or a church that encourages people to prove they are sanctified by acting like they are drunk in the spirit. You might find something in your area like an open mic .... first place to look would be public broadcasting that offers announcements about community events.
How much time would you say on average you spend outdoors in a day, week, or month?
Do you ever just grab a bottle of water or coffee or anything and browse bookstores, walk in a park or sit in an open market with other people who enjoy reading quietly or similar activities?
