I was a vegeterian for a year as a teenager. One suggestiion is to make smoothies.. Kale and leafy greens are super foods that make great smoothies.. if you are still eating dairy, yogurt, fresh berries half a banana, and some v8 fusion goji berry and rasberry.. make an excellent smoothie..


1/2c nonfat plain yogurt
1/2c v8 goji berry rasberry juice
1c fresh spinach
1c fresh kale
1/2 banana
1c berry blend ( I use rasberry, boysenberry,strawberry blend )


blend it up and enjoy! I use a personal blender from walmart that the blender actually doubles as your cup.. its like 15 bucks .. and is way convenient.
if the berries aren't frozen you can add ice.. but I don't need it because they are already frozen... it is so delicous. and you can't even taste the greens..
