Let me open this up again.

Pentecostalism and Charismaticism believe, in various degrees of adherence in (1) Speaking in tongues, and (2) participation in the Gifts of the Spirit, as they define it.

The typical difference between the two movements is (1) Socio-economic, (2) the degree to which they pursue the Gifts of the Spirit, (3) the degree to which they place emphasis on certain rules and customs, and (4) the type of rules or customs enforced.

Now that we have a hashed out statement of what Pentecostalism and Charismaticism is, I wish to begin discussion the consequences that logically flow from these definitions and descriptions. There are perhaps a few classes of consequences: (1) Necessary, and (2) Highly Probable, (2) Typical (3) Not Likely, and (4) Impossible. I am not sure where to begin here, but I guess that we can begin by what the definitions mean, and determine the class of consequence.

(a) If someone believes in Speaking in Tongues, what is going on with this person exactly? What type of mind must one have to believe this? What kind of life one must live as a consequence of this belief? What kind of person would this produce in public - as in a participant in the community? What is the origin of believing this? What must a person believing this NOT be? If one believed this, what characteristics is it impossible to have?

(b) What logically follows if someone believes that have Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge, prophecy, and such things as defined by Pentecostalism (not the traditional definitions).
