There is a criminal law on the books here in Texas called something like "Causing the execution of a document by deception." Severre penalties for fleecing the elderly into signing documents. I would be willing to bet that some lawyer out there can apply this to young inexperienced people being "caused by deception" into signing over wealth.

Severe criminal penalties if this would work. This is a criminal act and must be stopped. I would call an attorney if I were involved to see what my options were. Maybe nothing, but who knows...
