Does anyone know if Hepatitis B is actually incurable and terminal? I want to know this one for sure. Why did he tell the devil “Your gonna regret this?” when in fact it was a stupid doctor? The devil is innocent here. Poor Satan. I wonder if he really has that letter of healing.

It's mostly incurable, and it can be fatal . . . but not 100% of the time. There is medication for it that does improve the chances of the body to overcome it, and some people do actually "get over" the infection. Some people become carriers, but never get a full blown infection of the liver. A lot of people live with it for a very, very long time . . . with it never turning into an infection, or simply getting over it. I know one person right now that has had it for over 10 years, faithfully takes the meds, and has never got sick. It is easier to catch than HIV/AIDS, almost as fatal, but you can live with it longer without ever getting sick -- even if you're not on medication.

Hepatitis C is a different story -- there is no meds for it, and it is completely incurable, and more difficult to contract (mostly IV drug users and hemophiliacs have this one).

It's also possible that the person could have got the wrong lab result the first time (hence the "repeat labs" by the physician?) It's also possible that the patient doesn't know the entire story (happens all the time, folks, especially with people not "savvy" with modern medicine and medical terminology). It could have been that the patient's liver enzymes were elevated (and this could be for any reason -- sometimes just because the patient is overweight), the physician said, "I'm gonna run more tests . . . it might be hepatitis," and then a Hepatitis panel was done -- which came up negative (or "no hepatitis"). To some, this might seem like they had it, and now they don't . . . but it's not the same thing. I've heard patients claim perfectly ridiculous things about their health and health histories -- and it's mostly based on their own ignorance, "old wives tales," and mostly from "half hearing something and running a mile with it." For these such claims, I say . . . "show me the lab results . . . all of 'em!"

I've heard more than one Apostolic "healing story" and it's obvious to my "learned" ear that they don't have a clue to what they're saying.

Cancer is another favorite . . . people claim healing for cancer all the time, but I haven't met many of them that ALSO refused to take radiation or chemo. Cancer is a mighty scary disease, and chemo/radiation is a treatement and often a cure . .. but you'll see Pentecostals claiming "miracles" over cancer all the time -- and they're usually in treatement. Also, even "incurable" cancers reverse themselves on rare occasions . . . with or without treatement, and even with or without prayer -- these are still called "miraculous healings" by such Pentecostals, when it's really more the odds playing themselves out.

A lot of faithful, prayed-up Apostolics also die of cancer -- even when they're taking the treatement, getting prayer, and living "godly" according to their standards . . . so for them to claim anything on "cancer" that doesn't happen to the general public is terribly misleading because these events aren't different than what happens in the public at large. And for those that say it is, I say "Show me the numbers!"
