Suit and tie must be worn to church
Only white shirts were allowed to be worn in church
No runners at church - only lace up leather shoes
No wedding rings or rings of any type
No gold colored watches - preferably leather
No cuff links or tie tacks
Must have side burns (no sideburns was considered gay)

Gay bashing was practiced over the pulpit often.

Talk about works based salvation  - sheesh!
