Hi Lozza, make sure this page is scrolled so that you can see the entire header area (place that shows if you have mail, log in log out, etc.) At the top in the account navigation area look for a text link that says "Account"... click that, then you will see your control panel... it should show "active profile: lozza"... under that you should be able to see an area that allows you to add or change an avator graphic... click directly on that and you should be able to upload an image or graphic. There is a pixel limitation so make sure your graphic matches the data requirement size... upload and you should immediately see a change in your avator.
